Four days a week, every week, for 16 weeks. Sessions are structured, intentional, and designed to build on each other. One day a week includes a 20–30 minute teaching — a principle, a topic, a truth that changes how you understand your body.

If somebody can do it with bodyweight and their form is good — we go. We add load when it's been earned, not before. Sleds, bodyweight patterns, and progressive resistance, all sequenced to rebuild the chain of muscles your back depends on. No machines. No guesswork.

So I started figuring it out myself, piece by piece, learning from mentors who understood the body the way I wanted to. I built a system that actually works. Now I help people do in months what took me years.

My faith is the foundation of how I coach. I believe God designed your body to be strong, capable, and pain-free — and that getting there requires truth, not comfort.
